True peaces arises in the here and now- no matter what is happening to you…

True peace is not something that you ‘get’ when you achieve the things that you ‘think’ you want, and when you ‘arrange’ your life the way you want it to be…

True peace arises from within when you allow your mind to find harmony with the present moment, the here and now, when you become totally present as the ‘experiencer’ instead of being trapped in the ‘experience’…

In reality it is only when you allow your mind to find harmony with the present moment that you can be truly in touch with who you really are…

If your mind is run by the false ego (the false sense of self) then you become trapped thinking compulsively in the illusion of past and future. You become lost constantly analysing, evaluating and judging yourself and others. Always predicting, worrying, and trying to control outside people, situations and events. You get caught in the egos cycle of defending, reacting, judging, and trying to enhance itself. Your happiness and the way you feel becomes dependent on other people and outside events- and that lets’ you down every single time…

In reality any time you feel unhappy, unsettled, unsatisfied, worried, or anything but in a state of intense joy, it is because your mind (you) is currently run by the false ego, the false sense of self…

To transcend this false ego that keeps you feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with yourself and life, you firstly have to become aware of it. You have to start to notice this false ego arising in you, notice the compulsive need to defend and inflate yourself, the constant need to over-think, analyse and evaluate yourself and others and the situations happening to you. Notice this false ego rushing to the surface, don’t let it drag you in, become alert, become present, and don’t give it any of your energy…

This is great, because as you start to become aware of it, you now have the opportunity to transcend it to a higher state of mind. When you are run the false ego, you don’t know any different, you are always looking for external excuses as to why you can’t be at peace right now. So as you start to become aware of it arising within you, you now have the opportunity to go beyond it…

And as you start to withdraw your power from this false ego you start to gradually transcend to higher and higher states of mind, and as a result you start to dwell increasingly more in harmony with who you really are…

A peace starts to arise from within you, a feeling of lightness, a feeling of effortlessness, a feeling of being much more at peace and at home inside yourself and the world. The way you feel is no longer dependent on the external world, your thoughts don’t grab you with such intensity; you simply remain as the awareness that is beyond thought…

Thought arises as and when it is needed, but you are no longer ‘attached’ to your thoughts. You start to dwell in the present moment and think and act from the here and now. You are no longer caught in the illusion of time. You start to live in the present moment and ‘use’ time, as opposed to being caught in the illusion of time, and never accessing your true power: the present moment…

So start to recognise this false ego, this false sense of self, in your daily life. Notice how much it holds you back and keeps you from finding your true inner peace. Now start to go beyond it, don’t give it any of your energy, just become intensely alert of the here and now…

Remember the only person who can hold you back is YOU!

Stop, and take 3 full breaths…

As you go about your daily life try to stop yourself for a moment, be still, and take 3 full breaths as many times as possible…

So as you go about your daily life make it a conscious decision to stop yourself as many times a day as you can, and take 3 full breaths…

As a rough guideline I would aim for at least 25x a day, but don’t count!! This isn’t about being strict or structured, it is about becoming aware enough to stop yourself throughout your day, and turn your attention inwards…

Really draw the breath in slowly and fully, filling up your lower tummy first, then filling up your chest, and then let it all flow calmly back out again…

There are no limits, you can do this wherever and whenever you like… when you wake up, when you get ready, when you go to the bathroom, when you are waiting for the kettle, before you eat, before you drink, before you start the car, when you are walking, when you are sitting, when you are waiting, anywhere…

It only takes a few seconds to do but it is a very powerful practice to implement into your daily life, for the health of your mind, and for your body…

Keep bringing your attention back to the natural flow of your breath 🙂 and enjoy…

How to harmonize with your desires…

We all have wants and desires as that is an essential part of keeping us focused in this human time-space reality, but few people realise that it is the way we think and feel about things, that determines the way they manifest into our experience. In other words;

If you think and focus mainly on the lack of money, then you will experience the lack of money. But if you think and focus mainly on the abundance of money, then you will experience the abundance of money. The same is true with every area and aspect of your life. If your thoughts are generally angry and frustrated, then you will attract to yourself more people, situations and circumstances that match the vibration of anger and frustration. However if your thoughts are generally happy and peaceful, then you will attract to yourself more people, situations and circumstances that match the vibration of happiness and peace.

If you want more money (or any other desire you have) then you need to start training yourself to think about it the way you want it to be. You need to start giving your energy and attention to the way you want it to be, instead of giving all your energy and attention to the lack of it. To do so, I recommend giving yourself at least 15 minutes every day to get into harmony with the vibration of money, and below I will explain how to do so;

Firstly get yourself comfy either sat or lay down in a position that allows all your body to be effortless, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Now start to imagine and pretend that you have an abundance of money right NOW. If you want a million pounds, then imagine how you will feel when you make a million pounds, create that feeling, and really feel as if it’s just happened right now. Imagine that feeling of having a million pounds right now. Keep imagining and pretending to yourself the feeling of having it right now. Feel as you will as if it’s happening right now. If you want to punch the air with joy then do so, if you want to look at the sky and think ‘thank you, thank you, thank you’ then do so. Just do anything you can to really create that feeling of having it right now. And most importantly, remember to really enjoy this process, it should not be a chore.

As you do this process you are starting to vibrate the signal of your desire by tuning in to the abundance of it. You see every single thought that we think sends out an electromagnetic wave (vibration) from the base of our heart. So by training yourself to think about your desire exactly how you want it to be, you are literally training every cell of your body to vibrate at the frequency of your desire. And as you do, you are then attracting to yourself more information, ideas, people, situations and experiences that will help you get to your desire. You will start to see ideas and opportunities open up in your life, and the more and more you practice getting into harmony with money, the faster it will manifest into your experience.

So remember; if you want something you have to get into harmony with it in order for it to manifest into your experience. Just as little as 15 minutes every day will create a massive shift in your point of attraction towards your desire. Remember enjoy it, you and only you are the creator of you.

Today, practice surrender, just let go…

It is a very powerful practice to start your day with the intention;

‘‘Today, I am going to completely surrender internally to everything that happens to me. I am going to let everyone be as they are, and everything be as it is. I’m not going to react or defend against anything, I am going to simply let everything be…’’

Now I really want to point out that I do not mean to stop doing everything that you are doing, in other words surrender physically. What I am talking about is to surrender in your mind, surrender internally.

As you go about your day practice surrendering completely too every situation and circumstance that arises and flows into your life…

If a car pulls in front of you; don’t beep your horn and let it get you angry, don’t repeat thoughts about it in your head, don’t give it any of your energy, watch it arise and watch it go, just let it be…

If someone says something to you that you don’t like; don’t react, don’t defend yourself, don’t repeat it in your head, just don’t say anything at all, pushing against people’s opinions only energises them, so just smile sincerely and let everyone be as they are…

If a negative situation happens to you that you don’t like; don’t moan, don’t complain, don’t condemn, just do your best to solve the problem and don’t dwell on the problem itself, have no internal reaction to the problem, simply do your best with no internal reaction…

I could give you a hundred more examples but I think you get what I mean…

So tomorrow, set out with the intention to practice surrendering internally to the external world…

Let everyone be as they are, and everything be as it is…

And as you do, you will start to feel much more peaceful, calm, and at home inside yourself and the world…

Remember life is an internal journey, not an external journey. The external journey is merely a reflection of your internal journey…

Heaven or hell are states of mind, which one are you living in…?

The way that we think to ourselves determines whether we live in a state of heaven, hell, or somewhere in between.

We have to remember that life is fundamentally an internal journey, not an external journey. The external journey is merely a reflection of our internal journey, and the work that we are doing with our mind.

So I would like to ask you, are you living in a state of heaven or hell?

Is your mind in a state of heaven (peaceful, present, joyful, unconditionally happy and totally at peace inside yourself and the world). Or is your mind somewhat in a state of hell (constantly evaluating, judging, predicting, worrying, over-thinking, and trying to control outside people, situations and events)?

If all is well, then keep doing what you are doing. If not, then remember you always have the choice right HERE AND NOW to step into the state of mind that is the kingdom of heaven. Just let go of everything, surrender, and totally accept the present moment no matter what is arising.

I would just like to say…

Hello everyone 🙂 

I would just like to say how happy I am about having set up my blog.

I’ll be honest (as always), until recently I was unsure on exactly what ‘blogging’ was. I have always used the computer as minimal amount as possible and I have never agreed with or liked social media of any kind.

However, since I have learnt more about blogging, and having flicked around a lot and checked out people’s blogs that are on similar lines to mind, I have become so impressed with the whole blogging community and I think it is a wonderful opportunity 

I hope everyone finds my blog posts useful, and I look forward to sharing lots of powerful information and tips to help transform people’s lives 

Enlightenment is a state of mind…

Enlightenment is not a ‘destination’, and it is not something that you need to ‘work’ at.

Enlightenment is our natural state of mind when we are in harmony with who we really are…

Enlightenment is our natural state of mind when we are in harmony with the present moment…

Enlightenment is our natural state of mind when we are in harmony with life and the very essence of everything that exists…

Enlightenment is a state of mind when you live in acceptance and surrender to the present moment…

Enlightenment is stepping out of thinking in the illusion of past and future, and therefore, grounding yourself in the present moment, the here and now…

Therefore enlightenment cannot be understood with words and concepts.

In order to live in a state of enlightenment you have to surrender, you have to surrender completely to the present moment…

You have to surrender no matter what is currently happening to you…

You have to surrender and let everyone be as they are, and everything be as it is…

You have to let go of the need to judge, evaluate, over-think, analyse, worry, and stop trying to control outside people and events, you have to surrender on all levels of your being…

Remember this shouldn’t be a difficult process, all you have to do is let go of everything and simply be…

There’s nothing you have to do, and there’s no one you have to be, you don’t have to react or defend, simply let everything be…

Can you do that? Can you let go of the way everything is in your life situation right now? Even if things are far from the way you want them, can you let everything be? Even if for a few moments, can you completely let go of everything internally? How does that feel?

Can you feel that freedom, feel that peace, and feel that lightness emerge when you relinquish all need to control and simply surrender to the here and now…

Love life. Love yourself. Love everything.

There is no destination, what you are looking for is within you, here and now…

We are all one and the same, and we are all searching and craving for the very same thing. It cannot be found anywhere in the external world, or in anything outside of our own self.

What everyone is searching and craving for is a state of mind that is undisturbed by outside people, situation and events. A state of mind that is grounded in the present moment, totally here and now, and totally in tune with the very essence of life and everything that exists.
If you find that your mind is constantly evaluating, judging, predicting, and trying to control outside people, situations and events, then you are currently living life in a false sense of self, or what I like to call the ‘materialistic sense of self’.

When you feel this false sense of self rushing to the surface (usually evaluating, moaning, or reacting and defending itself) then stop, take a few deep breaths, and laugh at it. Notice that this false sense of self doesn’t exist anywhere but in your own head, and by not taking it seriously and not letting it drag your attention in, you no longer energise it anymore. You are starting to go beyond it.

Transcend it and notice that you are the very essence of everyone and everything around you. The thoughts in the past and the future are illusions. You are always here and now. If you are thinking in time then you are lost in the false sense of self. You can only truly know and be in touch with who you really are in the here and now.

So no matter what is currently happening to you, you always have the choice to dive within and find that state of mind that is totally undisturbed by all external events.

Listen to the silence in between your thoughts, and you will find as Jesus beautifully pointed to with words ‘the peace that passes all understanding’.

How to get into harmony with your desires…

We do not live in a universe of luck or chance- we live in a universe of energy and vibration…

You are an electromagnetic being in an electromagnetic universe, only people, situations and experiences can flow into your life, that match the vibration of your being.

Remember it is our most consistent thoughts and feelings (the way we think and feel) that determines the rate of vibration of our being. If your thoughts in your head are dominantly angry and frustrated, then you will attract and draw to yourself more people, situations and experiences that make you angry and frustrated. If you can start to choose the thoughts you think based purely on the way they feel, then you will start to allow your vibration to rise, and you will start to attract and draw to yourself more people, situations and experiences that make you happy and peaceful.

We do not live in a universe of luck or chance- we live in a universe or energy and vibration.
