15 minutes every day to drastically improve the quality of your life…

If you can give yourself at least 15 minutes every day to relax and let go, you will very quickly start to see a drastic difference in the way you feel on a day to day basis.
All you need to do is get yourself comfy, and close your eyes. Now start to take some long calm and deep breaths, drawing the air all the way in through your nose, little pause, and let it all back out through your mouth. Then just continue this pattern over and over again; drawing the breath gently all the way in through your nose, and let it all gently back out again through your mouth.
Doing this exercise consistently for 15 minutes every day will have profound effects beyond anything I can describe with these words. Doing so will allow you to release resistance and allow your vibration to rise. And as your vibration rises, every area of your life will improve; you will start to access deeper states of mind, your thoughts will become clearer, your physical and overall health will improve, and the way you feel on a day to day basis will continue to get better and better.
Remember to give yourself time every day to relax and let go. Nothing is more important than your state of mind and the way you feel…
