Life is supposed to be fun

We are here to have fun. We are here to enjoy. To enjoy expressing ourselves, creating ourselves, exploring ourselves, and most importantly, enjoying ourselves (in-joy-in-our-self)…

Life is supposed to be fun, life is supposed to be good. You are not here to stress or to worry, you are here to enjoy yourself and to have fun…

If you are not feeling a deep enjoyment for life, for yourself, and for being here, then something needs to change. You most probably have your priorities in the wrong place, you are disconnected from the core of your being and so you are thinking and acting from that place of disconnection.

As you start to lighten up and enjoy life, you start to experience the joy of simply being, of simply being here and now, in this moment, in this experience, no matter what is happening to you.

Start to live with the intention of having more fun and doing more things that you enjoy, start to enjoy the present moment as fully as you can and watch how much more effortless your life becomes. When ‘‘you’’ get out of the way, everything will fall into place. So just enjoy yourself, have fun, and lighten up with yourself and with others.

I don’t mean to ‘stop going to work’ or that you need to make drastic changes, what I mean is that you need to change the way you are approaching life. Go to work with the intention of having fun and enjoying it as much of possible. Go in with the intention of being happy and having fun and brightening up peoples’ day. As you start to express that joy and happiness from within, you will become infectious to all and everyone around you, people will start to want to rendezvous with you and join you in that place of joy. Nobody truly wants to be unhappy, and everyone loves to around someone who is uplifting.

You could say; don’t let the outside world dictate how you are feeling inside, have fun, enjoy yourself, and let things go, and let that reflect into the outside world.

Enjoy life, nothing is ultimately serious…

(Creating Reality) Nothing will ever change if you continue to tell yourself the same old stories…

You see everything that happens to you- in terms of the people, situations and circumstances that are flowing in and out of your daily life- are always a reflection of the energy and vibrations (thoughts and feelings) that you have been consistently giving off. It is the flow of your thoughts and the way you think and feel about specific topics, that determines the way they manifest into your experience, or rather, that determines how you create and manifest them into your experience.

Start to reach for ‘‘better-feeling-thoughts’’ about your desires and every subject and situation in your life. Stop telling yourself and others about the way things are right now, and start thinking about how you would like things to be. Start to look for positive aspects. Start to think about the abundance of as opposed to the lack of. Even if it’s not true right now, you have to start practicing shifting your thoughts. This should not be a chore; it should be an incredibly enjoyable process and one that you love to do.

If it’s a desire; start to really enjoy thinking about it as if it’s true and just happened right now. Feel that joy, that excitement, that exhilaration that you will feel as it arises. Pretend it’s true right now- see it, feel it, imagine it, hold it, smell it, taste it, touch it, and love it into being. If its person; think about them as you want them to be; happy, healthy, loving and empowered. Pretend them like that, see them like that, feel them like that, make lists of all the things you love and all the things you appreciate about them, and that you want to appreciate about them. If it’s a situation; think about it as you want it to be, start thinking about all the available options and solutions, and the way you would like things to work out.

Don’t get sucked into talking to yourself and others about the way things are right now unless you want to continue to create them like that into your experience. Stop repeating those negative stories about yourself, others, from the news, or from your friends and family. You are a powerful creator of your reality. Just keep practicing thinking and feeling the way you want to think and feel and allow everything to adjust to that.

I know at first this can seem like a daunting task, but just dedicating 15 minutes, twice a day, to practice thinking and feeling about the way you want things to be, will create a massive shift in your vibrational point of attraction towards every subject in your life.

Just lighten up and relax…

Enjoy thinking…                                          

Enjoy thinking about things as you would love them to be and watch what happens.

If you knew how powerful you are and what you are capable of, you would stand in absolute awe of yourself…

I would love to see that flash of realisation and empowerment in your eyes. You would be utterly gobsmacked an awestricken, you would realise that you are so much more powerful than you have ever imagined…

You would realise deeply that we are beyond our name, beyond our body, you would realise that our body is merely an expression of who we are, an experience that we are creating and projecting…

You would realise deeply that you have been a living a life of limitation, that you have been living thinking that you were something and someone that you were not, a story that was thought-created, a story that was holding you back on so many levels of your being…

You would realise deeply that you have been living life with your priorities in the wrong place; worrying about things that either didn’t matter or didn’t exist, being depressed over things that were gone and finished, and being anxious and stressed over things that were far from yet to be determined…

You would realise deeply that you are an immensely powerful creator of your reality, and an immensely powerful co-creator of this world in which we live…

You would feel the fullness and the resonance of who you really are, or rather, who we really are, pulsating through every cell of your body like a gigantic universal orgasm…

You would feel at one with that dimension, that dimension in which we are all one and the same, all one and interconnected, that dimension of pure energy, pure love, pure abundance, pure allowing…

Be easy on yourself…

If you knew how powerful you are, you would know that you don’t have anything to worry about, and that everything is exactly as it needs to be right now. Although your life may not be exactly as you would prefer it right now, you would know that you are a desiring and creating being, and that you are in the process of becoming, of becoming who you want to be. You would feel enlivened, empowered. You would feel that sheer fullness of who you really are. That joy of being. That joy of being right here and now, in this moment…

(Forwarded) Just a quick message to say…

Just a quick message to say that I am going to close my second blog, that is more specific to how we are creating reality (jamesneed2.wordpress.com), so that I can incorporate it into this one. I am going to go through some changes to make my blog better and more efficient for all my, very appreciated, and wonderful followers, friends and everyone that is reading this right now. The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place, so to speak, and it now seems like the most logical step to incorporate them.  

I may share a few of my posts from my second blog on this one, as some have not had the chance to read them, and they may find them of value. So you may see a couple of posts that look familiar, but all good reminders- it is usually surprising how much more you can hear, when you hear something again from a new place of understanding… 😀

Being fully in the present…

Most people are always trying to escape the present moment. They always have somewhere to be. They are always rushing from one moment to another, always rushing through the present moment. The present moment becomes nothing more than a means to an end. They don’t realise that it is the present moment that is the source of everything that they are looking for. They are always trying to get to a future moment when they get what they ‘think’ they want in order to be happy. This is the delusion of time. You cannot be free if your mind is dependent on a future point in time. You can only be free NOW.

Wherever you are, be there fully. Live with the intention of enjoying the present moment as fully as you can. Realise deeply that life is always now, you cannot escape the present moment, so accept it and be there fully. In that acceptance a peace will arise from within, and in that peace a joy of being will start to emerge, a joy of being here experiencing in this moment right now the way it is. It doesn’t matter what is happening to you because you are in such a state of appreciation for the present moment that nothing can spoil or come close to that. You realise deeply that all circumstances are ultimately fleeting, they are ever changing, impermanent. You start to feel that joy of being arising from within that is beyond all circumstances, a joy of being in which you feel grounded in the present moment, totally at peace with where you are in the here and now.

As you gradually start to become more fully present, everything will start to fall into place. It is the quality of your consciousness in this moment (no matter what is happening to you) that determines the path that you are paving in front of yourself. If you are always in a state of resistance towards the present moment, then you will continue to create a life of resistance. If your happiness is dependent on some future moment going the way you want it too then you will continue to live in a state of unease and anxiousness unsure of the way it is going to play out.

Start to care more about the way you respond to the present moment as opposed to what it is happening, in doing so, by watching your thoughts, watching your feelings, and observing your reactions in the present moment, you will start to become more fully present in the now… a peace will start to emerge… a sheer joy of simply being here right now in this moment.

Remember; you cannot be free in some future moment in time. You can only be free NOW.

Realise deeply that no matter how much worrying about it you do, this moment already is as it is

Just calmly and gently let it be. Let this moment be as it is. No amount of worrying or complaining about it will make any difference, so accept that this moment is the way it is, and let it go…

Remember; if you fight against the present moment you are fighting against life, and that is a battle that you will never win…

If you fight against the present moment, if you complain or moan about where you are, then you will continue to create tension and anxiousness into your experience. But if you start to live this moment with quality and calmness and acceptance, then you will start to create a much more flowing and effortless life experience…

You will get out of your own way so to speak, you will start to release resistance, and in that releasing of resistance, you will start to open up to the abundance and well being that life is by nature…

Remember; it is the quality of your consciousness in this moment that is creating the ease of your future…

Just relax, accept this moment and bring some ease within…

Body awareness

As you sit where you are right now see if you can read this post and ‘‘feel it’’ at the same time… I’d also be very grateful for any feedback as to how much value you are feeling from this post…

 

As you sit and read this post start to bring your attention within…

Feel all those subtle sensations throughout your body…

Feel your body as an energy field, feel that sensation of aliveness pulsating through you…

Remember there’s no right or wrong, just feel it, just feel your body from within…

Now start to focus on your hands, feel all the sensations within your hands, they may be cool they may be warm, but just feel them, feel that vibration, that tingly sensation of aliveness…

Now start to focus on your feet, feel all those sensations moving through your feet, really feel your feet from within, feel that warmth, that subtle aliveness…

Relax into that feeling for a moment…

 

Now start to follow the rhythm of your breath with your lower tummy…

Allow your tummy to rise and fall, rise and fall, in sync with your breath…

Nice and calmly and gently, no straining, just follow your breath with your lower tummy…

Really start to feel that sensation of breathing…

Really feel the breath flowing in through your mouth, and out through your mouth…

Really feel it with every cell of your mouth, really feel that sensation of breathing…

Relax, stay with it for a moment…

 

Now bring that awareness back into your body…

Feel your body as one starting to pulse with life…

Almost like your whole body is your heartbeat or pulse…

Relax into that sensation for a moment…

Now start to bring your attention back into the room…

 

My intention was to direct your attention within even just a little bit to help you release some resistance. As you bring your attention within you start to withdraw your energy from thought, as you do, you release resistance, and as you release resistance, you allow your vibration to rise. And as you allow your vibration to rise, you are allowing every one of the trillions and trillions of cells that makes up your body to rise to a higher rate of vibration, as that happens, every cell of your body is revitalised and energised.

You could sit down and do this as a meditation with the intention of diving your attention within, or you can start to become more in tune with the inner body during your daily life. You could make it a habit throughout your day to stop for a moment, and bring your attention within. Or try to bring this into everything you do, remain in touch with the inner body, whatever you are doing, be there fully…

Most importantly enjoy it…

You will start to become more and more in tune to the inner body. You will start to crave that inner stillness, that inner silence, that inner peace. You will start to feel increasingly more a subtle peace arising from within that inner stillness…

This is a great way of grounding yourself in the present moment. So just relax, enjoy each moment as fully and as much as you can…

Unconditional Love

Loves come with the unconditional acceptance of everyone and everything around you. When you are in a state of unconditional love, you instantly accept what anyone does or whatever arises. That acceptance is on an emotional basis. It means that the way you feel inside is not dictated by what is happening to you outside. You still have your own preferences, but you are not emotionally tied to them.

How do you love unconditionally?

You can do so only by transcending your comfort zone and addiction for power and control. You have to accept that everything that anyone does is part of their own path to awakening. Judging another is like beating yourself over the head with a stick. You have to accept that people are on their own path to awakening.

So let people be as they are and let everything be as it is. Release the need to make right or wrong of everyone and everything around you. Simply be.

 

Realise deeply…

Realise deeply that this moment already is as it is…

Realise deeply that you already are as you are…

Release resistance…

Resist nothing.

 

Stop pushing and forcing life…

Life will not grind to a holt just because you stop pushing and trying and forcing life…

The birds will continue to fly… the fish will continue to swim… the planet will continue to spin… and your life journey will continue to go on…  

Just focus on allowing…

Just focus on allowing this moment to be as it is…

You don’t need to evaluate and judge and analyse everything that arises…

Just let things be…

Just let the present moment be as it is…

Just flow and allow, flow and allow, flow and allow…

 

Remember; this moment already is as it is, you are where you are, you cannot run away from the present moment. So make friends with it, flow with it, the moment you stop feeling the need to judge or control the present moment, is the moment you will come to life…
