Don’t be hard on yourself…

The past is dead. The past is an old creation. So let it go. Only think about it if it makes you feel good…

The future is yet to be determined. So think and dream about what you want, and forget everything else, just let it go…

Being hard on yourself doesn’t serve any purpose, in fact it’s very harmful. It drains you of your life energy and it only continues to energise negative thoughts and feelings that you do not want.

So let go of it right now. Be easy on yourself. Think about things that make you feel good and that you enjoy, and forget everything else…

Relax. Enjoy life.

Just a quick big thank you to everyone who is following my blog, and therefore helping in the co-creation and expansion of it

I just want to say a big thank you to all the wonderful people who are following my writing and blog. You really are helping in the co-creation and expansion of it, and thus, helping it get to, and help, a wider and wider audience. So a big thank you to all the wonderful people who are following my blog.

I also want to say a big thank you to all the wonderful people who have nominated me for a Blogger Award. Until now I have not accepted as my goal with my blog has always been to keep it about YOU and not me. So I haven’t wanted to clog up my posts with anything other than my writing for you. However I have now had an idea to create an Awards Page on my blog so I can acknowledge those who have very kindly thought of me for an award, and to expand my audience to other blogs that will be of value to them.

Big thank you again to everyone who is enjoying and helping the expansion of my blog. I look forward to interacting more and watching it unfold together.

Remember; you are so much more powerful than you can ever imagine. If you knew how powerful you are, you would stand in absolute awe of yourself.

Your only job is to keep finding thoughts that feel good about every subject in your life…

Although it might not ‘seem’ easy at first, this is the only work you have to do…

The first step to creating or changing the way something is manifesting into your life, is to change the way you think and feel about it. Once you get good at this, you will then be able to consciously choose better and better feeling thoughts about every subject in your life, and as a result, every area of your life will continue to improve. Whatever arises in the present moment, you will be able to shift your thoughts about it to a better and better feeling place. This is an incredibly powerful place to be. Sometimes you will choose more soothing and more relaxing and more easy-flowing thoughts, and sometimes you will go more specific into detail about the things you want and that feel good. You will start to understand what you need, sometimes when in the midst of negativity you will find you need more soothing and easy-flowing thoughts, and when you feel good, you will find yourself going into more detail about the things you want to create and enjoy…

It is about being able to direct your thought momentum to think and feel good about every subject in your life. It is fair to say that you have a vibrational point of attraction towards every subject in your life that is based upon the way you think and feel about it, so;

Change the way you think and feel about something, and you change the way it manifests into your experience. It’s as simple as that. The only work you have to do is in the way you think and feel, once you take care of the inside, the outside will fall into place.

If you can start to choose better and better feeling thoughts about something, you start to clear up your vibrational point of attraction towards that subject, and thus, you change the way you perceive it and the way it manifests into your experience.

So start to find better feeling thoughts about every subject in your life. Pick a subject and find good feeling thoughts about it. Start off with simple things; food, warmth, shelter, your house, your body, your health, your freedom, your ability to choose, things you appreciate, things you are grateful for…

Let me give you an example of how you can start to choose better and better feeling thoughts one after another. Once you start to do so, you will start to gain momentum and you will start to feel better and better;

‘‘I love food. Food makes me feel so good. I love tasting different foods. I love natural food, organic food, fresh food. I love food that makes me feel good inside. I really appreciate feeling good. I really appreciate how I feel. I’m so grateful for my body. I’m so grateful for my health. I’m so grateful for being here. I’m starting to feel really good about life. I’m starting to feel really good about myself. I really appreciate all the wonderful opportunities that come with being alive. I really appreciate all the wonderful opportunities flowing into my life. I really appreciate this house. I really appreciate my car. I really appreciate being warm. I really appreciate my bed. I really appreciate my mattress. I really appreciate my pillow. I know that everything is going to be okay. I know that everything is working out for the best. I know that life is supposed to be good, life is supposed to be fun. I’m just going to relax for now. I’m not going to stress or try to control anything. I’m just going to enjoy thinking about things that make me feel good and I’m going to let life unfold. God it feels good to let go. I love to feel that inner relief. I love to feel that inner freedom. I love to feel at peace with myself and at peace with the world. I’m starting to feel so good about life. I’m starting to feel so settled inside myself and the world.’’

Remember it is your relationship with something that determines the way it manifests your reality. It is not the way something is, that causes you to feel the way you do. It is the way you think and feel, that causes it to manifest the way that it is. So start to take care of your inner world, start to take care of the way you are thinking and feeling. This isn’t a difficult task it is an immensely enjoyable task as you start to get better at it. Just keep finding good feeling thoughts about every subject in your life, and let life unfold. Relax. Enjoy life.

We are not an object- we are the awareness in which all objects unfold and enfold…

We are not an object adrift in time and space. We are the awareness in which all objects exist, the awareness in which all objects unfold and enfold from and into reality. We are the field of intelligence, the field of pure awareness that is at the heart and centre of everything in existence. In reality; we are everything in existence…

We are not fragmented from the universe, we are the universe. We are not fragmented from nature, we are nature. We are not fragmented from each other, we are each other…

We are all one and interconnected. There is no separation…

Realise deeply that you are far beyond and far more powerful than anything you can imagine. Who you think you are, is only an idea. You already are, before thought, after thought, you already are…

When you relinquish the need to judge and control other people and the external world, inner freedom and inner peace is yours. So let go of this need right now. Let everyone be as they are and everything be as it is…

Just relax. Don’t resist anything.

You don’t need more time to get to the present moment…

You don’t need more time to get to the present moment.

Be where you are.

Be here now.

Walk as though your feet are kissing the Earth.

Breathe as though you’re feeling the Earth with every breath.

This is who you are and where you are.

So be here now.

No judgement.

No evaluation.

Just be here now.

Sense your very being.

You can only find alignment with who you are in the present moment.

You can only be free Now.

So be where you are.

Be.

Here.

Now.

Let your feelings guide you…

The way you feel is your indicator as to the thoughts you have been thinking

So it is the thoughts you think that cause the feelings that you feel which causes the vibration of your being which dictates the people, the situations, and the experiences that flow into your life

So start to let your feelings guide you…

Start to become more aware of the way you are thinking and feeling in the present moment…

If you’re feeling negative emotion of any kind, then make it your dominant intention to start thinking about and doing something that makes you feel better, get off the topic of negativity, go really small and simple, think of the things you appreciate, the qualities you like to see in people, go for a walk, listen to music, anything that makes you feel good… really start to make it your intention to start thinking and focusing on something that makes you feel better, something soft, something easy, anything that really makes you feel good inside…

If you’re feeling more positive, then start to think thoughts about the things you really want to do and create, the things you really want to enjoy and have and experience, keep seeing them and feeling them in your mind, really enjoy imagining and pretending things exactly as you want them to be…

By doing this you are softening your vibration when you feel negative emotion which allows your vibration to rise, and you are focusing your vibration when you feel better which is allowing you to align with the vibration of your desire and the way you want things to be…

You really are the creator of you. Just remember it is the way you think and feel about every subject in your life that is causing it to manifest the way that it is. Change your thoughts and you change your world…

Relax into this moment…

Relax into this moment the way it is- no judgement, no evaluation, no opinion- just a constant and effortless letting go of the way things are right now in this moment. You don’t need to understand how everything is going to work out and how everything is going to be. So just relax, be easy on yourself…

As you start to accept the present moment, that acceptance then starts to grow from within you into your state of being. You start to feel an unconditional love and acceptance starting to arise from within, an unconditional love that no longer needs to judge and try to control other people and outside events. You are at peace with yourself and at peace with the world. You understand that we are all one, that we are all one life, one mind, one person…

As you start to accept the present moment, you do not lose your power; you step into and gain your power. You let go of the negative and resistant thought patterns that are holding you back, you relax into life, you start to enjoy life more, you start to look at the positive aspects, and ideas and opportunities start to flow to you. You have gotten out of your own way so to speak, you have gotten into the stream, into the flow of life, you are no longer resisting life, you have gotten into harmony with life, and now, you are allowing the abundance and thriving that is natural unfold effortlessly. You see it is only your resistant thought patterns that you are dominantly entertaining, that are clogging your pipes and holding you back. So just relax, remember this;

If a thought feels good, then think it. If it doesn’t, then let go of it immediately. It’s not serving you. It’s not something you want to entertain and energise so let it go. As simple as that. Now keep reaching and searching for thoughts that do make you feel good, keep it going, keep it simple, keep finding one after another, get some momentum going, and really enjoy it…

Remember; if you fight against the present moment you are fighting against life, and that is a battle that you will never win. So make peace with who you are and where you are, understand that you are in the process of becoming something greater. Just keep looking for and doing things that make you feel good. Most importantly- relax, this moment is a miracle, enjoy it…

Before you go to sleep and first thing when you wake in the morning- get your thoughts to a good feeling place…

As you wake up in the morning start to talk to yourself about all the things you appreciate, all the things you are really grateful for, all the things that really make you feel good inside. Go smaller and simple, right down to the water you drink and the comforting pillow your head is rested on. Really dive deep and find thoughts one after another that you are grateful for… your bed, your house, your bathroom, your car, your family, friends, food, water, music… It doesn’t have to be things that are, it can also be things that you want. Imagine and pretend and appreciate what you want as if it is true right now. Really enjoy this time. Really get on to the vibration of appreciation and love for life, for yourself, for this moment, for where you are right now. Life is never in a rush, slow down, relax, and appreciate where you are despite the circumstances.

This moment is a miracle, enjoy it…

Pay attention to the present, whatever arises, use it as a key to practice acceptance…

Let go of the past and let the future be. Live in the present. Focus only on how you respond to the present moment as opposed to what it is arising, in other words, start to care more about the way you react in the present moment than to what it is that you are reacting too. Remember it is the quality of your consciousness in this moment that is creating and paving the path in front of you…

So whatever arises in the present, use it as a key to practice acceptance, to practice not resisting the present moment, to practice letting everyone be as they are and everything be as it is…

This is a very powerful practice. You see it is your resistance to the present moment that is causing you so much frustration in your thoughts and mind…

If you can accept this moment as it is, despite the circumstances, then what problems are there? If you can accept that you are here and this is where you are currently at, then what is there left for you to complain about and to use as your excuse to not feel good?

It is in that releasing of resistance, in that withdrawing from trying to make yourself something different than you are and life something different than it already is, that a very deep peace will start to arise from the very core of your being. In that peace a joy of simply being here will start to emerge, and in that joy, an unconditional love will start to blossom from the very core of your being. You have fallen in love with yourself, and you can see yourself in everyone and everything around you…

Remember; you are the instrument of life through which life is exploring and experiencing itself. You are of immense value here and now. Your thoughts, your words and your actions in the present moment are literally changing worlds. So start to take care of the way you are thinking and feeling and responding to the present moment, start to act from a place of love as opposed to a place of separation.

Most importantly- lighten up- enjoy each moment as much and as fully as you can…

Imagine a world…

Imagine a world of love…

Imagine a world of love, and peace, and joy, and harmony…

Imagine a world where everyone grows food and shares with one another, a world of equality, a world of plenty, a world of peace, a world of love and kindness…

A world where everyone basks in large numbers together all day long, basking in our nature, basking in joy, basking in freedom, sharing food, and having fun. A world in which we can explore ourselves together, within and without, in harmony, in peace, in utter joy for being here…

A world free of fear, free of stress, free of ego, free of opinions, free of making right and wrong. A world of unconditional love and acceptance, a world in which everyone shares and helps one another… 

A world where the only rule is love, a world of alignment with our spiritual essence, a world of harmony and equality, a world of pure unconditional love…

Mmmmmm I love dreaming…
