Choosing thoughts that feel good…

Here is an example of how to direct your thought momentum to a much better feeling place. As you start to direct your thoughts to a much more soothing and allowing place, you will feel a releasing of resistance, and in that releasing of resistance, you allow every cell of your body to vibrate at a higher healthier frequency. By choosing and entertaining thoughts of appreciation, of love, of gratitude, you are starting to tune your vibration to a much higher healthier frequency, allowing your entire Being, to work to more of its infinite untapped potential.

I love to feel loved. I love to feel appreciated. I love to feel adored. I love to feel happy. I love to feel relaxed. I love to have fun. I love to experience new things. I love being here. I love experiencing. I love all the wonderful opportunities that come with being alive. I love being around people who are happy. I love being around people who like to have fun, who are easy going, happy, positive, easy flowing people. I love being around people that are enlightened. I love being around people that enjoy life, that love life. I love being around people that are happy within themselves. I love to feel happy within myself. I love to feel relaxed. I love to feel at peace. I love to feel settled inside myself and the world. I really appreciate my body. I really appreciate my health. I really appreciate being here. I appreciate how much I’ve learnt. I appreciate how much I’ve grown. I appreciate all the wonderful people in my life. I appreciate all the wonderful opportunities flowing into my life. I feel so grateful for how far I’ve come. I’m so proud of myself. I understand and accept that everyone is on their own learning experience. I know that I don’t need to worry or stress. I just have to relax and let go and enjoy life as much as I can.

Remember; how you feel is not necessarily how it is. How you feel is a result of the thoughts you have been thinking, and you have the choice to change that at any point…

So start to choose your thoughts based purely on how they make you feel inside. If your thoughts are not making you feel good, then start to choose thoughts that make you feel better; thoughts that are soothing and relaxing, thoughts that bring you relief, thoughts of gratitude, of appreciation, of love, of letting go, and letting things be…

It is your thoughts that are moulding and creating your reality. You don’t have to work hard at this or start to try to ‘control’ your thoughts, all you have to do is choose and entertain thoughts based purely on how they make you feel inside.

If your thoughts don’t feel good, then they are not serving you, so change them. The better you feel, the better your thoughts.

Remember; we are that that is beyond thought, we are the awareness in which all thought arise, pass and are perceived. Pure awareness is our home, only follow thoughts if they make you feel good inside, and most importantly, enjoy life and each moment as fully as you can (that’s what you came here intending to do).
