You are so much bigger than your thoughts…

Realise deeply that you are not your thoughts. Notice how thoughts keep arising and passing and yet you are still right where you are, you are still here and now, nothing has actually changed except a pattern of thought has run through your awareness…

Realise deeply that you are beyond thought, that you are not the thoughts you here but that you are the awareness in which you perceive and hear all…

So go deeply into the now, be where you are, listen but don’t judge, look but don’t evaluate…

Realise deeply that this moment is as it is, that you are not fragmented from the universe- you are the universe…

Just relax, you are complete, just rest in the warmth of your awareness…

The joy of being

As you start to awaken into the fullness of who you really are you start to experience the joy of being, the joy of simply being here, right now, in this moment, in this experience, no matter what is happening to you…

A deep joy starts to emerge from the very core of your being. You realise deeply that everything is as it needs to be. There is no making right or wrong of yourself, of others, or of the world; no judging, no evaluating, no analysing; just a deep joy of being, a deep joy of acceptance of the present moment…

Realise deeply that where you are is where you need to be. How do you know you are where you are meant to be? Because it is where you are… You cannot escape the present moment, you cannot run away from it, so make peace with it, enjoy it, have fun with it, and allow it to be…

Make peace with the present moment and allow it to unfold naturally. As you start too, you will release resistance and a deep joy for being here will start to emerge. In that acceptance and allowing of the present moment a deep peace starts to emerge from within you, and in that peace, a deep unconditional love for yourself, everyone, and everything that exists. You realise deeply that you already are and always will be, that everything is perfect, and that everything is exactly as it needs to be…

Remember; you can only be free Now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Not when all the situations in your life are as you want them to be. Now. You can only be free Now.

Emotional acceptance of the present moment is the secret to a life of inner peace…

If you can emotionally accept the present moment- if you can emotionally accept who you are and where you are and what is happening to you- then a deep inner peace will start to arise from within you…

If you resist and push against the present moment then you will continue to feel frustrated and unsettled at the very core of your being…

This moment is as it is, so fighting against it will only make you more frustrated…

So relax, make peace with this moment, make peace with who you are and where you are no matter what is happening to you…

If you can emotionally the present moment then a deep peace will start to arise from within you. You will start to experience the deep and profound joy of simply being alive, here and now, no matter what form this moment takes…

If you resist this moment- if you seek it to be somewhat different than it is- then you will hold yourself away from the inner peace and inner freedom that you are so longing and craving for…

However if you can release the resistance from within you- by simply accepting that this moment is as it is- then a deep peace will start to arise from the very core of your being…

In that peace, a joy will arise, and in that joy, a deep unconditional love for yourself, for life, and for the present moment, will start to flourish from within you…

So relax. Be easy on yourself…

Realise deeply that no matter what thoughts arise- you are always NOW…

Realise deeply right now…

Realise deeply right now that you are not your thoughts. Notice that thoughts may arise but YOU are still here and now, nothing has changed, you are where you are, it doesn’t matter whether it’s a positive thought or a negative thought, you are still here and now…

Realise deeply that nothing has gone wrong, this moment is as it is no matter what you think about it, so stop being hard on yourself, stop trying to improve yourself, and relax and enjoy this magical experience…

You are loved immensely.

Awaken. Now.

Feel the breath gently passing your lips and soothing your lower tummy…

Let the breath rise as you breathe in all the way up to the crown of your heard, and now feel it soothing your lower tummy as you breathe all the way out…

Now start to sense that feeling of aliveness tingling throughout every cell of your body…

Let your thoughts float by, watch them come and go but don’t give them any of your precious life energy…

Realise deeply that you are not your thoughts- you are watching your thoughts- therefore you are not the thoughts that you hear, you are the awareness in which all thoughts arise and pass…

Awaken Now…

This is Now…

It is always Now…

Realise that patterns of thought come and go…

But it is always Now…

It is always the present moment…

Realise deeply that this is who you are…

Before thought, after thought, you already are…

You are a vibrating pulsating being. Every thought you think is pulsating through you, creating the world around you…

Every thought you think is vibrating a signal from the base of your heart. It is your thoughts and the way you think and feel in your mind right now, that is building and creating the world around you…

The time is always now. It is your thought patterns that are creating every aspect of your reality. If you can change the way you think and feel about something, then you change the way it manifests into your experience. If you can change the way you think and feel about someone, then you change the way they respond to you in your experience. So it is always up to you. You and only you are the creator of you. Don’t let the world around you dictate how you think and feel- think and feel the way you want too, and let that dictate the world around you…

This is starting to become a ‘conscious creator’ of your reality, instead of a ‘default creator’ of your reality…

If you continue to think about the lack of something then you will continue to experience the lack of it. But if you can start to shift the way you think and feel to imagining and pretending the abundance of it right now, then you begin to change your point of attraction, and therefore the way it is manifesting into your experience…

When you truly understand and realise how powerful your thoughts really are, you will no longer continue to dwell on things that don’t make you feel good. You just know it is up to you to keep finding good feeling thoughts about every person and every subject in your life. You just know that you are always now, that life is always now, and that it is the way you are thinking and feeling in the present moment, that is building and paving the path in front of you…

So just relax. Enjoy life. Enjoy the present moment. Just keep finding better and better feeling thoughts about every person and every subject in your life. Delude yourself in your thoughts as to what’s going on around you, and think and feel about everything the way you want to. This is not deluding yourself to reality- it is taking control and creating your reality…

You are so much more powerful than you can ever imagine. You really are a powerful and effortless creator of your experience. Just go there in your mind and forget everything else. It is only you who can get in your way…

Let people be as they are and everything be as it is…

Whatever arises- let it go…

I don’t mean feel ‘nothing’ and ‘don’t care’…

I mean emotionally accept everything and everyone around you, and you will find the inner freedom and inner peace that you have always been searching and craving for…

It is the ego that wants to judge and evaluate and complain and moan…

It is your soul, it is you that wants to love and appreciate and enjoy this contrasting experience…

So let people be as they are- understand deeply that they are on their own learning experience, their own path to awakening, and that they are trying their best from their point of view. Be easy on people, including yourself, lighten up and let things go…

Let the situations in your life be as they are- understand that the old has to break away in order for what you want to flourish, just relax and accept where you are right now, all is well, all is exactly as it needs to be in order for the evolution of your consciousness…

So just relax and enjoy each moment of this magical experience. Think and dwell only on things that make you feel good and enjoy appreciating the beautiful world around you- the quality of your experience will be transformed…

Think worry- feel worry.

Think happy- feel happy.

Allow the light of your awareness to grow stronger…

The moment you relinquish the need to judge and control yourself, other people, and outside events, you allow the light of your awareness to grow stronger…

Start to become more aware of the way you are thinking and feeling and responding in the present moment, just watch and notice the thoughts that are arising within you, become aware of the way you are feeling, and notice the ego’s materialistic reactions rushing to the surface looking to judge and control…

Don’t be hard on yourself when you feel the ego present in you, realise deeply that having shined your awareness on it, you now have an opportunity to transcend it and allow the light of your awareness to grow stronger…

Just stop judging and trying to control the uncontrollable…

You are exactly where you’re meant to be right now…

So just enjoy each moment as fully as you can…
