Free yourself of opinions- let the world be as it is…

Free yourself of the burden of trying to make the world something different than it is. Let go of all opinions and judgements. Let go of all expectations of others, and of the world around you. Simply become the witness of your thoughts, the witness of your life, the witness of the world around you. The world is exactly as it’s supposed to be. So free yourself of your opinions and judgements, let the inner freedom and inner peace that you are craving for arise from within you by accepting that this moment as it is. Just relax. Just relax and enjoy this magical experience…

Can you…

Can you simply relax and allow this moment to be?

Realise deeply that this moment is as it is, and that it is only your resistance to this moment that causes you to feel any pain…

Life is always working out, so relax…

No matter what your opinion- this moment is as it is…

Life is always working out for the best- so relax and flow with it, and stop fighting and pushing against it…

It doesn’t matter how much you stress and resist it, it doesn’t matter how much you worry- the present moment is as it is…

So stop making right and wrong of the world, and stop being hard on yourself…

Make peace with the present moment…

Just accept that this moment is as it is without your opinion…

Realise deeply that life is as it’s supposed…

Remember;

Resistance to the present moment creates pain. Acceptance of the present moment creates peace.

Walk mindfully. Sit mindfully. Breathe mindfully. Think mindfully. Talk mindfully. Be where you are….

Whatever you do, be there, be there fully…

Realise deeply that there is no life in the past or the future, life is now, and so are you. Realise deeply that you are the present moment, so give it your fullest attention, it is only in the presence of this moment, that you can be in touch with who you really are…

If you are walking, then walk, let each step, each movement guide you further into the present moment…

If you are sitting, then sit, sit and enjoy it, let the silence of the present moment guide you into being grounded in the here and now…

Relax and breathe, feel the flow of your breath fully, let it guide you into where you are…

If you are eating, then eat, give it your fullest attention, really feel the sensation of eating, let it guide you further into the present moment…

If a thought arises, watch it, don’t let it suck you in, be mindful, realise that no matter what thoughts arise, nothing has changed, it’s still the present moment…

If you are talking to someone, be there fully, be mindful of your words, offer words of love and appreciation, treat them with love, honesty and equality, let each word guide you further into the present moment…

Realise deeply that you are the present moment. So be mindful, let whatever arises in the present moment guide you further into the present moment…

Soothing thoughts to release inner resistance…

Accept that this is the present moment. How can it not be? How can you be somewhere other than where you are? Accept that this is who you are and where you are right now. Accept that you are on a constant learning experience, a constant learning experience of awakening into the fullness of who you really are. Realise that it’s not about the situations happening to you, it’s about how you respond to the situations happening to you. The more you start to live in the present and take care of this moment only as fully as you can, the more you start to create a life of ease and peace, a life of flowing and allowing, a life of joy and inner freedom. Life no longer feels like a chore, it becomes a beautiful dream. Realise that no matter what thoughts you think right now, nothing has changed, it’s still the present moment, you are still here and now…

So don’t beat yourself up mentally. Just relax and really be easy on yourself…

Just focus on enjoying each moment as fully as you can…

Realise that you are the present moment, before any thoughts, after any thoughts, you are still here, you are the present moment…

Realise deeply…

Realise deeply that no matter what thoughts have run through your awareness in the last hour- nothing has changed, you are still here and now, it is still the present moment…

So be where you are…

Feel your breath…

Feel your body…

Realise deeply that no matter what you think- it is still the present moment…

Today…

Start each day with the intention;

‘‘Today, I am going practice internally accepting everything that arises in the present moment. I will not moan, complain or resist anything; I am going to accept everything that arises in the present moment and enjoy myself as much as possible.’’

As you continue to awaken into the fullness of who we really are surrender is something that will naturally emerge from within you. In reality, you are only truly surrendered when there is no surrender, in other words: the man who thinks he is surrendered is still separate from a state of pure surrender…

However for those in the early stages of awakening into the fullness of who we really are it can be a very powerful practice for them to consciously practice internally accepting the present moment. It allows one to create some inner space where they would normally react to situations instantly from a very external point of view. But to create some inner space, to go within, to accept the present moment as it is without judgement and evaluation is what will allow you to grow from within…

So relax and don’t be hard on yourself…

Remember: no matter what thoughts rush through your awareness you are still where you are, nothing has changed, you are still here and now. So remember you are not the thoughts you hear, you are awareness, you are the present moment…
