Awaken. Now.

Feel the breath gently passing your lips and soothing your lower tummy…

Let the breath rise as you breathe in all the way up to the crown of your heard, and now feel it soothing your lower tummy as you breathe all the way out…

Now start to sense that feeling of aliveness tingling throughout every cell of your body…

Let your thoughts float by, watch them arise and watch them go…

Realise deeply that you are not your thoughts- you are watching your thoughts- therefore you are not the thoughts that you hear, you are the awareness in which all thoughts arise and pass…

Realise deeply that it is always the present moment…

It doesn’t matter what thoughts you think, you are still where you are, you are still here and now…

It is always the present moment…

Realise deeply that this is who you are…

Before thought, after thought, you already are…

This is now

Realise deeply that this is now, this is the present moment, this is who you are and where you are. It doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, it doesn’t matter what thoughts you think; it’s still the present moment, you are still where you are, you are still here and now.

So make peace with it, make peace with the present moment. Realise deeply that life is always unfolding exactly as it’s supposed too. Life is designed to thrive, life is supposed to be good. Life is never against you, life is always working out for you.

Realise deeply that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, you are exactly where you are supposed to be in order for you to learn and grow. Nothing has gone wrong, all is well, life is unfolding exactly as it’s supposed to. Just let it be.

Relax. Be easy on yourself and others.

Where’s your mind set at?

Are you dominantly happy and feeling love? angry? feeling sorry for yourself? frustrated? annoyed? Or are you bouncing around all over the place?

When you can set your own mind (choose the way you think and feel) your world begins to reflect that. Your world is a reflection of your state of mind, your state of being. You see it is the way you are living and being in each moment that is creating your world around you…

Most people think, talk and act as though they are the commentator of their experience, instead of the creator of their experience.

In reality it is our state of being in each moment that is creating the world we experience…

Begin to create a moving loving and abundant world for yourself and others right now by expressing the love and calmness that you are through every aspect of your being. Don’t fight against or resist anything. Be love and calmness to everyone you come into contact with and towards every situation that arises in each moment. Seek only to love and appreciate and to allow the world to be as it is.

Relax and enjoy, life is but a dream of your mind.

Shine your love from within…

Whatever arises in the present moment treat it with love, calmness and acceptance…

Shine your light from within, look for the love, look for the positive aspects, look for things to appreciate about every subject in your life…

Remember it is only our resistance to the present moment that causes us to feel any pain. And remember it is the way we think, talk, and interact in the present moment, that is creating our future in front of us…

So relax. The world is as it’s supposed to be.

Stop trying to control and let things be…

Don’t worry… the world will not come crashing down if you stop controlling and forcing, and simply just let things be…

Quite the opposite…

The more you allow- the more you become…

Bask in your thoughts…

Bask in thoughts of love and appreciation for every subject in your life, all day long. Just choose a subject and find thoughts that make you feel good. Soothe yourself in your thoughts, keep going more and more general, more and more flowing and allowing…

I appreciate where I am. I appreciate being here. I appreciate this house. I appreciate this room. I appreciate this bed. I appreciate these covers. I appreciate how I feel. I appreciate how warm and cosy I am. I appreciate this pillow. I love how warm and cosy it feels on my face. I feel so good, so happy, so relaxed, so at ease inside myself and the world. I really appreciate how lucky I am. I really appreciate how much I’ve learnt and how far I’ve come. I feel so happy. I feel so relaxed. I feel so at peace. I love being here. I love experiencing. I love being a part of this environment. I love being a part of nature. I know that I am exactly where I’m supposed to be. I know that everything is working out exactly as it needs too. I know that life is supposed to be good, life is supposed to thrive. I know that everything is always working out for me. I don’t need to worry or stress about anything, everything is unfolding exactly as it needs too. So I’m just going to relax. I’m just going to relax and bask in this moment. I’m going to keep finding thoughts that make me feel good and let everything be as it is. I love being here so much. I love being alive. I love experiencing. I love all the wonderful experiences and opportunities that come with being alive. I love all the wonderful emotions and sensations that come with being alive. I know that all is well. I know that I can just relax and let everything be as it is. Mmmmm I feel so relaxed. I feel so happy. I feel so at peace inside myself and the world…

Remember; it is only our resistance to the present moment that causes us to feel any pain. It is only by resisting the present moment, by resisting what-is, that causes us to feel any pain. The more we can express love and appreciation through every aspect of our being (our thoughts, our words, our actions) the more we feel the alignment of the love that we are. So just relax. Be easy on yourself and everyone around you and keep focusing only on things that make you feel good.

Be love

Be love. Be the love that you are. Express love through your thoughts, your words, and your actions…

Be a light of love to everyone you come into contact with. Let go of all opinions, appearances, and expectations. Focus only on expressing the love that you are through every aspect of your being, and let the world and everyone around you adjust to you. If you run around pointing the finger at everything then you create a barrier between yourself and love, which in reality, is really a barrier between yourself and yourself.

True love has no conditions, no expectations, and no drama. True love is the recognition of yourself in another, and the unconditional acceptance of this moment.

Seek only to express love through your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Look for the love in everyone and everything. Focus only on holding that place of love and calmness and you will become of immense value to everyone you come into contact with.

So relax and be easy on yourself and others. Treat each moment with love and you will feel that love starting to blossom from within you.
