Free yourself and allow the world to be as it is

Let go of your opinions and the need to judge and evaluate yourself, the world, and everyone around you. Simply relax. Allow people to be as they are, allow the world to be as it is, and allow the present moment to unfold without resisting it…

Remember; the more you relax the more you allow, and the more you allow the more effortlessly everything falls into place for you. It’s not your job to pin things down and put everything into place; it’s your job to relax and enjoy watching life unfold…

Am I resisting this moment? Or am I allowing it to be?

When you are resisting the present moment (moaning, complaining, feelings of negativity, resisting situations, resisting life) you are not only holding yourself back, but you are opposing the natural flow of life. As Bruce Lee said ‘‘be like water’’, don’t fight or resist anything, flow with life. The more you moan and complain that life or the present moment should be anything different than it is, the more you hold yourself right back. The more you flow with life and allow it to be, the more you open up, and become aware of, the infinite possibilities that are available in each and every moment.

As you think, as you breath, as you walk, ask yourself; ‘‘am I resisting this moment? Or am I allowing it to be?’’

If you are allowing, then enjoy it, milk it, and exaggerate it. Enjoy the feelings of inner peace and inner freedom that come with accepting and allowing the present moment to be.

If there is any resistance or negativity inside of you, then focus only on getting back to that feeling of allowing. Sometimes it can be enough to simply as yourself ‘‘am I resisting this moment, or am I allowing it to be?’’, and in that awareness that yes there is resistance inside of me, opens up the door for you to step into the freedom of allowing. Other times, as you practice the art of allowing, it may take a little more time to gradually soften that resistance, get everything back in perspective, and get back to that good feeling place of allowing. Ask yourself whether what you are resisting is in your control or not. If it is; then do what feels right to resolve it now and then allow it to be. If there is nothing you can do; accept it and allow it to be. Do things you enjoy, go for a walk, meditate, have a nice nap, listen to soothing music, literally anything to get yourself to a more allowing free state of mind.

Remember; the more you resist the present moment- no matter what is happening to you- the more you clog yourself up and hold yourself back. The more you allow, accept and flow with the present moment- the more effortlessly everything falls into place.

So relax and be easy on yourself and the world. There’s nothing you have to do and there’s nothing you have to figure out. Just relax and enjoy yourself. Focus only on allowing the present moment to be and enjoy watching life unfold beautifully in front of your eyes.

Life is supposed to be fun, enjoy it 🙂

Stop pushing and forcing life

Your life will not grind to a holt just because you stop pushing and trying and forcing life, in fact, quite the opposite…

The birds will continue to fly… the fish will continue to swim… the planet will continue to spin… and your life journey will continue to go on… 

So just focus on allowing…

Just focus on allowing the present moment to be as it is…

You don’t need to evaluate and judge and analyse everything that arises…

Just let things be…

Just let the present moment unfold without opinion and resistance…

Life is a beautiful dream, relax and enjoy it.

The joy of being…

Life is a process of awakening into the fullness of who we really are, a process of self discovery and self realisation, a process of awakening into the true power of who we really are…

As you continue to awaken into the fullness of who you really are you start to experience the joy of being at a deeper and deeper and more profound level, the joy of simply being here, right now, in this moment, in this experience, no matter what is happening to you…

A deep sense of joy and peace and freedom starts to emerge from the very core and essence of your being. You realise deeply that everything is exactly as it needs to be, life is always right, life is always unfolding for the evolution of your consciousness. All you need to do is accept and allow. Accept the present moment and allow it to be. There is no making right or wrong of yourself, of others, or of the world; no judging, no evaluating, no analysing; just a deep joy of being here alive right now, a deep appreciation for life, a deep understanding that the world is exactly as it needs to be…

So make peace with yourself, make peace with life, make peace with the present moment. Allow the world to be and allow the present moment to unfold without resistance. No questioning, no evaluating; just allowing the world to be.

Remember; resisting life (resisting the present moment, resisting your situations, resisting where you are) creates pain and frustration. Whereas acceptance and allowing of the present moment creates the ease, peace and inner freedom you are craving for. So relax and be easy on yourself and the world. Stop beating yourself up mentally, and enjoy life. Life is supposed to be fun.

Resistance creates pain. Accetpance creates peace.

Resist nothing. Whatever this moment contains, accept it fully.

Realise deeply that resisting life (resisting the present moment, resisting your situation, resisting where you are) creates pain and frustration; but full acceptance of the present moment creates ease, peace and inner freedom.

Let go of the need to evaluate and judge and analyse every aspect of your life and everyone around you. You are never going to get everything pinned down. So relax.

Can you simply allow the world to be as it is?

Can you simply allow this moment to unfold without resistance?

Relax and be easy on yourself and the world.

Realise deeply that everything is exactly as it needs to be.

Your lens is creating your world…

We must understand that we perceive ourselves and the world through a lens of our beliefs and the way we think and feel. Our lens isn’t right, but nor is it wrong. It’s a creation. So what really matters is ‘‘is our lens serving us or not?’’. What’s interesting is that by changing and clearing our lens, we change the way we think and feel about ourselves and the world, and subsequently, we change the way we perceive ourselves and the world. So remember you don’t need anything externally to change in order for you to have the inner freedom that you are craving for. The only work you have to do is on your lens. Remember it is your lens (the way you think and feel about every subject in your life) that your world is a reflection of. If you can change your lens, you change your world.

Relax and enjoy.

Life is never against you. Life is always working out for you.
