Stop forcing life and enjoy the ride

Stop trying to force and rush life as if you’ve got to get to some future destination before you can finally relax and just be happy. Just let go and give yourself a break. Be happy in where you’re at right now. Stop wishing that things were different. Life isn’t supposed to be perfect and you’re not supposed to be perfect. So become comfortable in the unknown. Embrace the mystery of life. Enjoy not knowing where life is taking to you. Just be the best person you can be, one day at a time, and have as much fun as you can along the way. Always remember that life isn’t supposed to be serious. So don’t wait to be happy, be happy now. Having fun on our way is our reason for being here. So just let it go and enjoy the ride. Everything will work itself out in the end.


You have the power to recreate yourself

Always be positive and optimistic that things are working out for you. No matter what’s happening you can shift your attitude and mindset right now and start changing the momentum of your life. But you must believe that good things are coming to you. Life is always trying to guide you. Life is always giving you the challenges that you need to help you learn and grow. So look for the signs. Feel your way. Life is a beautiful journey. It’s not really so much about the goal or the destination. It’s about what you learn about yourself and who you become along the way.

We are energy, vibrating at the frequency of our thoughts and feelings, attracting to ourselves all things that match our vibrational state. Don’t let the world dictate your vibes. You’ve got to take control of your vibes and let the world mould around you. So just relax and enjoy the journey. Choose to think calmly and positively about things. Be light with yourself. Don’t take things too seriously. Smile. Laugh. Joke around. Make the most of each day. Be grateful for what you have. Choose to trust that everything will be okay, rather than worry and stress and over think. Just have fun and enjoy the ride.


You’re the artist of your own life

All of the data suggests that there is no such thing as luck or coincidence in a universe that we now know is based on energy, vibration and attraction. The universe is always lining up to the vibrational state that you’re offering. It is your thoughts and feelings that are painting and creating the life that you’re living and drawing to you the situations and circumstances that you find yourself in. If you want to live a different life, you’ve got to start painting a different picture. You’ve got to start thinking, feeling and operating differently. If you don’t change, then life will keep dealing the same or similar experiences until you have learnt the lessons that you need to learn to be able to move forward in your life. Every obstacle and every challenge that life throws you is trying to help you to learn and grow and evolve as a person. Don’t resist them. Embrace them.


There is a genius in you

If you knew how powerful you really are and what you’re actually capable of, you would stand in absolute awe of yourself. You have talents and abilities within you that you don’t even know about. Stop underestimating yourself. Deep within you is a genius. You must start believing in yourself and your potential.


You’re moulding your world around you

When you think a thought, more thoughts like it are drawn to you, and more people, situations and experiences that are on a similar wave length. So as you think you’re literally creating your world around you, moulding the people, situations and circumstances that are coming into your life.


The way you think is shaping your world.

Thinking is life’s creative clay. Our ability to think is what is moulding and shaping our reality into our experiences. If your thinking is anxious, you will create more feelings of anxiety. If your thinking is negative, you will create more negativity in your life. If in your thinking you’re doing a lot of complaining, you will create in your life more things to complain about. You have to learn to think to yourself in a softer and more positive way.

The best way you can learn to become a more positive thinker, is by spending 15 minutes every day practicing thinking positive thoughts to yourself. Just get yourself comfy, either sat or lay down, and firstly take a few deep breaths. Once you’ve done that, now scan your body to release all the tension from your muscles. Now begin to list in your mind, over and over, things that you’re grateful for. ”I appreciate my… I’m so grateful for… I love to feel…’‘. Just keep finding positive thought after positive thought. It may be a little bit slow and forced at first, but you will get better and better and start to gain momentum.

By doing this regularly you will start to become much more disciplined in your mind and thoughts. You will start to become more aware of when your mind slips into complaining, or when it is generally getting more negative, and then you will get better at being able to talk yourself back to a more positive state of mind.

Little changes in your thinking will create massive shifts in your life.
